Extended Day Care

Before school: 7:30 to 8:45 a.m.

After school: 12:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Extended Day Care (EDC) is offered as a program to help working parents “get it all done”, filling the gaps between school hours and parents’ schedules. The program offers many benefits to parents AND their children, including:

1. A big neighborhood where there are big “brothers and sisters” to help the younger ones grow.
2. EDC is in the same building as classrooms – transportation is not necessary.
3. Playground and play equipment makes the after-school time fun.
4. A nurturing atmosphere in which children are never alone.
5. Homework guidance and assistance for the older children.
6. A healthy snack is provided.
